We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians who have at least 5 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. Refrigeration knowledge is a plus!

• $60,000 to $100,000 plus

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

• Diagnose system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

• Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional service and address their HVAC needs.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor.

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and subsequent periodic drug screening

• EPA 608 Universal Certification

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday

• Overtime

• Weekends as needed

• Year round work

 

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities

Experience:

• working for a mechanical contractor: 5 years (Required)

 

License/Certification:

• EPA Universal Certification (Required)

 

Ability to Commute:

• Dexter, MI 48130 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Dexter, MI 48130: Relocate before starting work if currently more than 25 miles outside of service area (Required)
